Independent University, Bangaldesh (IUB) is honored to take the initiative to host this prestigious tournament, at their campus in Bashundhara Residential Area, Dhaka.

From ESL Championship to Main Break at Worlds, driven by stay overs and candlelight debates, the Bangladeshi debate dream has gone far and wide.
To help write the next chapter in our history, Independent University Bangladesh Debating Club (IUBDC) brings to you IUB Ascension 2017- a grandiose tournament with world class adjudication core, waived registration fee and accommodation for international teams along with a generous prize money and subsidies to complement our famous hospitality and addiction to putting on a show to remember.
